Look and Feel with Java Tiger (J2SE 5.0)
Java 5.0 Tiger will have the following UI enhancements:
- Improved start up time
- New Ocean theme for Swing
- New GTK look & feel
- New Windows XP look & feel
- Native graphics hardware acceleration using the switch sun.java2d.opengl=true
- X11 toolkit for Linux allows you drag and drop between Java and StarOffice/Mozilla
